• This rarely showed up in the Social Security name base before... (wait for it)... 2001! After 9/11, Liberty became (a little) popular. Despite that, Liberty actually isn't a bad name, and definitely not 'crazy'. Now if you name your kid "Fascism", then that would be a different story.
• London Emilio: Slash
• The idiot authors must think naming kids after places is "crazy". The authors, for the most part, are idiots.
• Luna Coco Patricia: Frank Lampard and Elen Rive
• Who the hell are these people? Whatever, the name is odd, sounds almost stripperic, and adding the 'regular' name as a third name doesn't help it.
• Marquise: 50 Cent
• Huh? And why is this "crazy", let alone odd or anything. Because the -e at the end? Authors, honestly, you are probably the types of idiots who name their kids Michael John David Jacob Smith, which is a much crappier stupid name.
• Memphis Eve: Bono
• The reason I have don't like it is not because it is a place-name, but instead think it sounds odd. "On Memphis Eve we used to open our presents and then eat barbecue and listen to Elvis."
• Moon Unit: Frank Zappa, also father to Dweezil and Diva Muffin
• A classic in craziness, but you do know he was going for "crazy", right? If you are trying to be crazy, then it just isn't the same...
• Moxie CrimeFighter: Penn Jillette (also father to Zolten)
• See, there you go! Stupid, crazy, and almost as idiotic as the writer of the article!
• Ocean: Forest Whitaker (also father to Sonnet and True)

• You know, the mother can contribute to naming too? Robert Rodriguez is an action director, and these names obviously stem from his testosterone-fueled desire to have 'cool' and 'radically awesome' names. He better have compromised with his wife on other things to get these names....huh? Who is Rose McGowan?
• Rufus Tiger: Roger Taylor also father to Tiger Lily and Lola Daisy
• Variations on a theme: Male stripper, male prostitute, gay male sex tape, etc.
• Saffron Sahara: Simon and Yasmin Le Bon (also parents to Amber Rose and Tallulah Pine)
• Oh, dear rushed author, you really think this is crazy? I really like the name Saffron. And what is wrong with Amber Rose, and Tallulah Pine (ok, scratch the last one). All the goodwill from you making fun of Pilot Inspector is gone! FOREVER!
• Sage Moonblood: Sylvester Stallone and Sasha Czack (also parents to Seargeoh)
• Moonblood? You know, I think Moonblood is a Druid/Wizard who wields a +2 Scimitar of Speed and specalizes in divining magic.
• Satchel: Spike Lee and Tonya Lewis Lee
• Wow, I make fun of the idiocy of the author, but you really should take some American History and learn who Satchel Paige is.
• Seven Sirius: Andre Benjamin and Erykah Badu
• Sorry guys, not because she was a fan of Seinfeld (and Howard Stern for the middle name). It is some stupid "Numbers have power!" crap.

• Unusual, but not crazy. Actually not a bad name. Author doesn't know a crazy name from a whole in his ass.
• Suri: Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes
• Already covered below. Bad name, not crazy though.
• Tallulah: Bruce Willis and Demi Moore (also parents to Scout and Rumer)
• Tallulah is a Choctaw name. Oh those Injuns, how CRAZY! Scout and Rumer suck as names, but the one they pick is an actual name from a different language. I wouldn't say the author is crazy, just stupid.
• Willow Camille Reign: Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith
• See below. Ok, the Reign is odd, but seriously, how is this "crazy"?
• Zola Ivy: Eddie Murphy and Nicole Mitchell
• Huh? How is this "crazy" let alone "weird" or "unusual"?

Wow, that was crappy 'crazy' list. The author needs to actually think through his list of "crazy names" before he writes it up. What do you expect from the internet though...wait....this was in The Times?
